The good thing about SA, and similar countries, is that the weak government can make it less of a problem. In Peru (I'm not from Spain) the last time I got in trouble with taxes I just let it get drawn out until they eventually forgot about me.
But the direct tie from KYC exchanges to government is almost everywhere now. Here too.
