ImHex is a feature-rich hex editor designed for reverse engineers , programmers, and late-night users .
The project includes many useful tools and functions . Among them : an advanced view of hexadecimal data , a proprietary template language based on C++ for parsing and highlighting file contents , data import/export , data search , hashing and comparison support , an integrated disassembler , bookmarks , a powerful data analyzer and visualizer .
The editor also supports YARA rules and has a modern , user-friendly interface with built-in content updates .
The editor includes various dependencies and libraries such as Dear ImGui for the interface , ImPlot for plotting data, and capstone for disassembling .
ImHex is available on multiple platforms , including Windows , macOS and Linux .
