For real, that's how I give myself a hug and try to reassure myself I'm a decent human. It's not, by any means, how other people should go about nursing wounds, reorienting, or responding to a hit they took. I hear talking to friends helps most people the best, but I find my few friends tire of all the cogitating, and I get tired of dragging them through it. So, that's just where I'm at with it.
