The single biggest problem people have with me is that I don't put up with double standards.
I think unacceptable behavior is unacceptable. Period. It doesn't matter if it's towards "the right people" or if one has the proper keywords in their bio.
If you do it to others, don't cry when someone does it to you. If you fault others for doing it, don't do it yourself.
It really is that simple.
