i think your understanding of corporate culture is skewed my fren lol. Ive been reading alot about project management and business structure things like 6 sigma. They make the decisions on how and where resources are allocated and what direction the company takes but they also dont do much withoit a fuck ton of different approvals they have to seek first. Boards, other corporate positions with authorities over the matter,stake holders. These people all stop the ceo from just doing whatever he wants sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse tho i will concede many of these positions arent filled with hogh value people,instead theyre filled eith prior ceos kids but thats a corporate ciltire issue that will bite companies in coming times u read about new foreclosures and bankruptcies every day this is the fruit of poorly chosen ceos with no experience who did coke and drink all day in college
