As a runner you will need a decent amount of carbs right? 😃
Some friends followed a carnivore diet, but what I've learned from them this diet would not fit my needs as a cyclist doing endurance activities.
That said, I'm completely blank on this topic so I'm curious there are ways to keep your carbs high enough 😄
