What this does (in hypothesis-land at least):
1. Show a dynamic context of how much others are zapping
(since proposing a fixed set of zap presets doesn't work with Nostr and Bitcoin's volatilty)
2. Displays clusters around lower amounts and lets higher zap amounts stand out
(top zappers get recognition)
3. Gives users access quick swipe access to ballpark a zap amount
4. Puts the zap receiver central
5. All the profile pics etc... make it clear that zapping is a Social and Public thing
