The simplest is really simple, and it is small and autonomous.
We have an exchange circle locally where we trade stuff we have to much from our gardens and things we don't need anymore.
This can comepletely be fired by using Wallet of Satoshi (npub1hcw…h9rq) for example beeing on Lightning by default. In this case we eould have a high turnover of sats with a small totsll amount of sats used. There would not be the need to get of lightning.
