You should start campaigning for Server Admins to allow Sponsored links on their sites or something innovative to help site admins with running costs. It's painful to see hard working site admins 'begging' (harsh word, I know) every month from their users to sustain their servers. If this continues, we're going to end up with 'super' servers thus killing the concept of decentralization.
You are running five servers and if are still 'doing it for the love' and are OK with it, I have nothing more to add.
