Honestly, I think this decision is a nothingburger at best—a delay, but nothing more.
I’m no attorney, but I would guess that once acts become “illegal,” they’re “unofficial.”
That doesn’t change the authoritarian character of the court as an institution and the fact that it should be aborted.
