i figured out the strat, in case anyone wants to do low-level run too

use the thunder spell

when your thunder spell is fully charged and you’re in slow motion, get closer to her only when you’re absolutely sure it’s safe to do so, then melee attack her to replenish your mana back. with this you can practically have unlimited mana with as less risk as possible
keep your eyes peeled on your stamina bar

this goes without saying. don’t panic and just roll spam everywhere.
don’t go too far from her, keep your distance

whenever you’re too far from her, it’s very likely that her “plant-her-sword-into-the-ground” attack pattern will be triggered. you most likely do not want this, cuz one of the attacks involves you being chased by the swords spawning from the ground. when you’re fully charged during this phase, your spell’s going to run out before you can even safely attack her. it’s a waste of time and mana
