- Microsoft's Prism emulator is doing a great job at emulating x86/x64 programs; lots of things I've installed (Discord, Foxit, Keepass2, OBS Studio, Signal, Telegram, Veracrypt, WhatsApp, WinMerge, etc.) seem to run just fine, albeit a bit "slower" (but not too much) Developer tools like ADB, scrcpy, JADX, dart, and even Android Studio seem to run via emulation. Python and OpenJDK have ARM64 ports.
