Speaking from the part of me thats a fag I would always play a biker bar over any other kind cuz you know you won't pay to have fun and you know they're not going to stiff the band.
Otoh, playing for bankers, get a business liscence and even then don't let them get out of your contract cuz you will be paying for opportunity otherwise.
