Introducing Mutiny Brewing. We brew artisan kombucha for our community in Townsville Australia. We launched in 2023 in response to low quality 'fiat' food being forced upon us due to soaring inflation.
Inflation robs consumers of purchasing power. In response, food producers look for ways to decrease costs, resulting in food that lacks nutritional value and is steralised of natural probiotics. Fiat money is an attack on your wealth and ultimately your health. In retaliation... there's Mutiny Brewing.
Known as "the elixar of health", kombucha is drink that has been brewed and enjoyed for thousands of years. There are many reported benefits of Kombucha, such as
1. Containing probiotics
2. Contains many bioactive compounds, such as polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants in the body, nd may help fat loss by boosting metabolism.
3. May benefit liver health
4. May kill harmful bacteria
5. May reduce heart disease risk

At Mutiny Brewing we are committed to producing traditionally brewed kombucha with fresh real ingredients used for flavoring.
