But there are plenty of houses out there already though, they've just been bought up by landlords en masse, as well as the Air BnB and second home crowd. Surely, it is better for the environment to just reallocate these existing properties, somehow, and which I appreciate will be difficult, than building thousands of new homes? We cannot afford the amount of CO2 this will emit
