I started the big climb being 6 minutes ahead of my planned overall time. I got stuck in traffic on the way up which was also very muddy and slippery from the heavy rains the last few days. All of this combined, I left the first big climb being 7 minutes behind what I had planned.
I managed to regain 2 minutes in the smaller uphill sections, but then lost those again in the climb finish.
