There is a similar case in Switzerland against FINMA. They have been acting, we believe outside the law, and we did appeal to the judge now.
In the case of FINMA, using their normal ability to make small practical adjustments to the law, the completely reversed the principles of the law to impose discrimination against Bitcoin.
the legal ping pong has started and the judge is now waiting for the first reply of the FINMA :)
