After 2-3 days in a row of feeling like garbage I didn't make myself go to the gym today. Usually I push through assuming I'm being lazy mentally but after a few days I think instead something is off.
My sleep is the culprit I think and too much computer time. I've been working too much last 4 weeks or so. Need a few weeks off me thinks.
