We are fighting the swiss regulator to protect privacy!
As you know Bity.com has been always fighting against abusive FINMA.
FINMA limited the non-KYC transactions to 1000 CHF per MONTH on Bitcoin ATMs. This is basically rendering the law useless. We believe this is illegal and we are fighting this in courts!
We have already filed the complaint. But we need some financial help for this very long process. We have setup a legal fund that we will be using throughout the procedure.
This is much more than an individual fight, this is fundamental fight for a fair, democratic and decentralized regulation.
