I have conflicted feelings on the TikTok ban. I don’t believe government should have any right, what-so ever, to ban channels of communication for any reason.

However, tensions are significantly rising between USA/NATO and Russia, China, N Korea, Iran. Offering such deep insight into the American pysche can be used for psychological warfare (watch Yuri Bezmenov’s interviews) and is massively dangerous. All Chinese owned companies are partially owned by the government.


TikTok algorithms are easily manipulated. This can and is used against the people.

And yet, people willingly offer it up. Is it a lack of understanding? Not caring? Do they simply not understand how powerful and dangerous psychological warfare can be? Or is that bit of dopamine worth risking it?

I don’t think the government has any right to decide how people communicate, but I wouldn’t be upset to see it gone. When will people wake up??
