Well, sysadmin does require some lighter scripting/programming in its modern form.
If you sysadmin in a devops organization, expect some terraform, bash, python and ansible for automated deployment, and also expect to juggle some containers and perhaps a k8s-cluster or two.
So more programming-oriented than UX, technical writing and project mgmt, but definitely not as programming heavy as a fulltime programmer.
