Every SG Hopeful model uploads their set to the site free of charge. *IF* that set is selected as "Set of the Day", they get paid for their set and become a "Suicide Girl". A Suicide Girl also uploads her new set free of charge, with the hopes that the company selects the set so they get paid again. Suicide Girls can also do live events to get paid, but I don't believe Hopefuls can.
