Now that the essentials are covered—which I am *incredibly* grateful for—I'm looking at the next two big expenses, and am updating my fundraising goal accordingly:
1) Legal costs. I've begun reviewing my options and contacting lawyers, and it may be anywhere from $2k-$10k depending on which route I go and whether I take my landlord all the way to court.
