Listen fam!

Some serious shit was uncovered by badass scientists Allen Frey and Nora Volkow back in the day. Turns out, those non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (nnEMF) coming from your beloved cell phones are straight-up wrecking the blood-brain barrier (BBB). This barrier’s job is to protect that precious brain tissue from nasty toxins, but even a little exposure to radiofrequency radiation (RFR) from phones can mess it up real bad and cause irreversible damage to those brain cells ..

how does this madness happen? Well, it's all about messing with the calcium/calmodulin signaling. These nnEMFs go and mess with that shit, activating AMPK pathways, glucose metabolism, and glutamine metabolism like they're playing with fire. This messes with the mitochondria and pulls off a dangerous Warburg redox shift, making the BBB all leaky and letting those harmful substances sneak in and wreak havoc on your brain.

And get this, it doesn't take much to do the damage. Just two hours of cell phone radiation exposure can make the BBB leak like a broken faucet, and the damage sticks around for a whopping 50 days! Neurons get messed up, and albumin starts leaking too. The crazy part is that the levels of RFR needed to mess up the BBB are way lower than what those regulatory agencies like the US FCC and ICNIRP consider safe. We're talking 0.001 W/kg.

Now, if the BBB is getting screwed over by wireless exposure, what about other important barriers in your body? Shouldn't we be checking out how RFR messes with the blood-ocular barrier, blood-placenta barrier, blood-gut barrier, and blood-testes barrier? These barriers are crucial for protecting your eyes, developing babies, digestion, nutrition, and sperm development. Ignoring these risks would be a major dumbass move.

It's time to wake the hell up and take action! The current safety standards are a joke, allowing Radiofrequency radiation exposure levels that are a thousand times higher than what messes up the BBB. We need to demand stricter rules and more in-depth studies to fully understand the extent.

Putting your phone next to your head is like playing Russian Roulette.

Are you going to stop doing that?
