We use dialyxir with discipline around pattern matching for function arguments to get close to the benefits of static typing. Elixir is a very productive language and scaling has never been an issue thanks to the Erlang OTP. Fly.ok had been great for moving fast in developing this project. On the fence about whether I’d use it in a critical production system or not. But it’s by far the fastest way I’ve seen to get an app from code to production
