I have ADHD. Sometimes I can't sleep and by this point in the day my meds have worn off. That means that sometimes, very late at night, I post whatever comes to mind. When this happens, I eventually fall asleep and wake up the next morning to a bunch of notifications and an overwhelming feeling of dread.
I guess what I'm saying is: feel free to ignore anything I post after 10 PM pacific time.
