Anyone familiar with treating cellulose acetate animation cels or film? I've got one cel with vinegar syndrome.
So far I've got archival paper and molecular sieves to slow degradation, and I might just stick it in the freezer. But I think sticking it in a vacuum chamber and then pumping an inert gas back in might also help.
