Thinking about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity and how it plays out in the fediverse. Servers block other Servers to make there own servers inclusive. By definition, they are making it exclusive. In their practice they show inclusive means "includes those who I value and excludes those who I do not". It's about changing the grounds of exclusion. Or changing the rules of the gatekeepers.
