The great thing about Nostr isn't that it has no algorithm, it is that you can customize how posts are shown.
Maybe you want to bring hot posts based off of zaps on top of your feed first. Maybe you just want to order it chronologically. Maybe you want to see posts with lots of replies.
You aren't forced into an algorithm that tries to keep you on as long as possible, and instead you choose what you want to see.
