On Nostr, we can actually begin to see what the minarchist state (or libertarian private government) would end up being like.
The people who currently pay a lot of (net)taxes, tithing, and charitable giving will end up financing most of the infrastructure, but they'll be better-able to limit access by people who aren't paying because all or most of the infrastructure will be private.
Most of the people who aren't paying will be true anarchists and socialists/communists.
