Something in the npm -> Ruby -> NodeJS -> ???? stack had changed enough that the site didn't compile, and I don't know enough about any of those to debug.
Fuck that. Just let me backup the precise generator I need alongside the site sources. If I want to upgrade the generator, great, I still can. Discrete process, all in version control, I can revert if need be.
