if you don't get what I'm saying, S-300 Surface to Air missiles (SAMs) that the Ukrainians use are SUPPOSED to blow up in air if they miss their target but for some reason, they don't. These high rise apartment buildings most likely happened to be in the way of S-300 missiles crashing to the ground after missing a Russian missile.
