I learned the hard way not to grind directly into the filter basket and working the bellows like a medieval blacksmith, there’s a reason the included catch cup is so tall 😅. First impression: very good, definitely will need RDT in every batch, I was spoiled by less than .3g of retention on #Timemore CS3
