Very frustrated by sushi research in Tokyo. Super famous places are completely untouchable, which is fine. I don't need to have The Best Sushi In Japan. But it's like, coverage is either "$500/pp you must know the owner" or "conveyor belts are awesome." Where does a guy go for attainable upscale?
