I think the #Fediverse is actively bad for society.
Here are some of the kindest and most empathetic people and they've cloistered themselves from the throngs of utter assholes that are--right now--running amok on #Reddit, #Twitter, #TruthSocial etc.
They can't see your #Trump memes. They can't hear you supporting protestors. They think everyone's a #fascist like them. They are becoming emboldened.
This safe space will not keep you safe. You've got to get in their faces.
