Hi. I’ve not long been up. I woke about 12pm but felt too low in mood to get up. Tom eventually came to try and persuade me to get up and have some food and meds, which I did. Now on the sofa feeling just dire, worthless, useless, a failure, a rubbish wife, etc etc 😞
