Navigating life is full of stressors. Being the underdog causes nothing but stress. Constantly trying to prove your worth and work 10x harder than other people. Any mistake is ridiculed to no end. The truth is most people want to see you fail. Your stress feeds their ego.

All this while maintaining a good home life is stressful. Us men have to walk through the door and act like everything's fine.
