See you guys are more metal than me, I have no friends or people in my life who dabble in opiates and the fact that some of these people can wake up VERY ANGRY makes me elect to just either use a BVM and get them through it, or just support them how I can.
Narcan autoinjectors give the full dose, but when I draw it up from a vial I can titrate dosages to not wake people up FULLY, just to reengage breathing.
