Tom Hanks' Reunion Movie with Forrest Gump Team Gets November 2024 Release

Tom Hanks, Robert Zemeckis, and Eric Roth are reuniting for a new movie adaptation of Richard McGuire's novel 'Here'. The movie is scheduled for release in November 2024 in three stages: exclusive LA/NY release on November 15, limited release on November 22, and wide release on November 27. The novel was originally published as a six-page comic strip in 1989 and later expanded into a 300-page illustrated graphic novel in 2014. The movie will be produced by Zemeckis' ImageMovers and Hanks' Playtone, and will star Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, Paul Bettany, Kelly Reilly, and Michelle Dockery. This will be the first time in three decades that the trio will work together on a mainstream film.
