You could just eat more meat. I only supplement with like 3-5 grams of creatine because it *might* give some benefit to anaerobic training. A lot of creatine trials were done by supplement companies, so that should be kept in mind.
I do think most people are horribly nutrient defficient today because they are eating a ridiculous grain-based diet with next to no red meat.
