Yesterday I decided to fire a client due to their work site being too dangerous. I wouldn't have been able to do that if I hadn't made some tough choices a few years ago and designed the life I wanted. To paraphrase jackspirko (npub1587…kv0n), if you're not designing your life, somebody else is.

Although I didn't get income today, I did spend the morning with my family, I'm getting work done around the garden in some glorious spring weather. Currently just relaxing eating my own free range eggs, venison chorizo and rocket straight out of the garden. I don't regret a thing today.
