True, but that doesn't change the fact that if you're posting publicly, there's the risk that they'll still find out. If people want to communicate about things that will get them arrested, they need to use an end-to-end encrypted messenger. If they absolutely want to post publicly, they need to take the necessary precautions no matter what social network (or protocol) they use.
