Have you tried this one?
- Heat pan on low.
- Melt a couple+ tbsp of butter.
- Crack a few+ eggs.
- Leave heat on low.
- Start stirring the whites only.
- Dont bust the yolks yet.
- When whites nearly cooked, bust and mix in the yolks at faster pace.
- Mix that around another 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat.
- Enjoy
