These ladies are almost ready for freezer camp. They're killing me on all this soy free organic feed, but pasture certainly cuts the labor requirements. They move to a new pasture every 2-3 weeks, but man has feed gotten crazy expensive and the market has tightened beyond belief. This will be our last run of pigs with the lack of market for them.
Are there any regenerative farmers out there? How is your business doing in the market?
