Pedophilia is wrong, that is out of question. Any kind of sexual contact without consent is a boundary. Not because it's a law of nature, it is because humans are able to understand what it does to the victim.

But should we not advance in technology and maybe even gene research? Should we not try to cure cancer once and for all? Of course you might be able to use that research also to create something that causes a fast killing cancer. But that should be the real challenge, the moral responsibility. The knowledge that we are better than animals and should act accordingly.
