I still need to work on the whole "when stuff I see online starts to make me feel stressed or send my mood into a tailspin it's time to go offline" routine.
If there is a device I can wear that immediately cuts off the internet once it senses those mood changes I should probably get one. Hopefully it doesn't have LLM-based AI features.
