Every engineer will have a 24-hour LeetCode hack day to complete the most questions.
Failure to solve at least 1 will result in termination.
Then retitle everyone according to where they fall on the curve:
0-30%: "Jr Engineer"
30-60% "Engineer"
60-90%: Senior
90-99%: Staff
Top 1%: Principal
The #1 performer is automatically the new CTO.
Oh & put the bottom 10% on a pip.
Meritocracy at its purest.
