my concern as a lawyer is over the destruction of privilege. We litigated this issue over gmail analyzing the data, and the courts found that didn’t destroy privilege. But this is different: this content is being harvested and processed, and may resurface somewhere.
then there’s my personal concern as a disabled person is: I need my colleagues on video so I can read their lips to understand them better. So if this drives people to not be on video, that’s really hard on me and my auditory processing disorder.
