I plan on making the bacon and pouring the bourbon in it, freezing it, skimming the fat layer off and strain I ng the rest through a cheese cloth. Then I'm chopping up dates and making a 2:1 (raw sugar: water) simple syrup with it. Not sure how I'm using the balsamic yet.
And I have no idea how it tastes yet. I figure I can nail it down in three tries. Give or take 👀🫡🍻
