The most recent threads I've seen on reddit on the lgbtq subs have fully rejected the existence of detransitioners altogether.
They consider them to be entirely fake stories made up by Far-Right Christian Fundamentalist TERFs. There AREN'T any people who transitioned and changed their mind.
